Coupez le bout terreux des <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700;">champignons</strong>. Nettoyez-les et émincez-les. Lavez les tomates cerises.</span></div>

Faites-les dorer 5 mn dans une sauteuse avec 2 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive. Retirez-les et remplacez-les par les champignons et le <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700;">chorizo</strong>. Laissez cuire 5 mn.</span></div>

Ajoutez les tomates concassées, les olives et le concentré de tomates. Remettez les morceaux de <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700;">poulet</strong>. Salez et poivrez.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">50 minutes de cuisson à 150°C - Laissez refroidir dans le four.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">1 - Séparez les jaunes des blancs d’œufs et battez les jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse et fasse un ruban. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2 - Tamisez ensemble la maïzena et la farine et ajoutez les petit à petit aux jaunes sans faire de grumeaux. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3 - Ajoutez les blancs battus en neige très ferme avec le sel et le sucre vanillé.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">4 - Versez dans le moule beurré et fariné en le remplissant aux 2/3 seulement et mettez à cuire à four très doux th.2 à 3, préchauffé 10 minutes à l'avance.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Important - n'ouvrez pas le four avant 20 minutes pour que le gâteau monte sans interruption. Il ne doit pas colorer.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Au bout de 50 minutes, vérifiez la cuisson à la lame de couteau.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Laissez le gâteau refroidir dans le four éteint et ouvert.</span><br />
